Extradition & Mutual Legal Assistance
Chambers specialises in all aspects of Extradition & Mutual Legal Assistance. We have been instructed in some of the largest and most famous extradition proceedings in history. Our junior members are regularly instructed on behalf of Governments and individuals, some having completed secondments in the Extradition & Special Crime Division of the CPS. Immigration Law
Our members have a broad range of experience in all immigration matters ranging from Entry Clearance to complex Judicial review proceedings. Three of our members are full time immigration practitioners with many reported cases between them.
