Sally practices in Crime, Extradition and Licensing. She regularly appears in the Crown Courts for both Prosecution and Defence solicitors, on a wide range of offences from fraud to serious assault. Her meticulous attention to detail and analytical but tactical approach makes her a versatile advocate, able to shape the case in a way that is attractive to the jury.
Sally has an impressive legal and financial background, having worked with the Law Debenture Trust Corporation, JP Morgan Chase and as legal advisor to Deutsche Bank in London. During this period she provided legal advice and support to all of the “magic circle” law firms as well as international governing bodies. Sally has conducted various mediations between government bodies and private firms, using her skills to smooth out complex negotiations.
Sally regularly appears in Public Carriage Office Appeals, dealing with licensing issues for private hire vehicles. Sally also deals with betting, gaming and liquor licensing.
